Allways Forwarding, a leading freight forwarder, engaged my services to evaluate and redesign the UI for a software product they had built by a third party devloper. Allways found that the UI and the codebase the vendor delivered did not meet the goals set out at the outset of the project. As a result, Allways formed there own inhouse development team and hired my to lead the redesign. The goal of the software was two-fold and would require an inhouse application for employees and a different customer-facing application.
